Pharmacy Enterprise Agile Leadership Summit (P) - Chapel Hill, NC


The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy will host the Pharmacy Enterprise Agile Leadership Summit August 19-22 in Chapel Hill, NC. The objective of the summit is to provide participants with the insights, skills and tools needed to successfully lead complex pharmacy enterprise operations today and into the ever-changing future.

 

Who should participate?

Pharmacy enterprise leaders who understand that professional growth and continuous learning are mandatory for personal and organizational success and who seek an advanced learning experience superior to typical conferences:

  • Chief Pharmacy Officer
  • Director of Pharmacy
  • Assistant Director
  • Clinical Director
  • Operations Manager
  • System Director

 

What you will learn

The summit is designed for engagement and interaction and is purposefully limited to 35 leaders who see the potential for change. As a participant you will receive knowledge and tools for leadership, team building and strategy to build personal capability and organizational capacity to support your efforts to successfully lead your organization into the “fog of an uncertain future.” Beyond the onsite experience, the promise of continued learning through online resources and ongoing engagement opportunities will be offered, which will assist in bringing key concepts into your collaborative team experience.

  • Identify and manage the internal and external forces shaping organization performance
  • Understand behavioral and relationship dynamics to build and sustain effective teams
  • Design strategies for scaling organizational leadership in a dynamically changing workplace
  • Create an agile infrastructure to refocus collaborative efforts and ensure effective execution
  • Apply influence and advocate strategy to build positive organizational change

Participants have 60 days from the start of their program to claim CE credit and verify it has been upload to CPE Monitor. If your program requires the completion of a post test/eval/survey those items MUST be done before that 60 day window closes to receive credit for that program. Statements of credit can be viewed and printed from CPE Monitor. Statements of credit will no longer be printed and mailed to the participant. **No partial individual session credit will be given**

Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education
The University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. To receive CE credit, participants must complete the CE attendance form and the online evaluation of the program (instructions to be emailed). Statements of credit can be viewed and printed in CPE Monitor approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the program and you have completed any needed requirements. **No partial credit will be available**
