Frequently Asked Questions


Once successfully registered you will be returned to the program page with a message saying you have been registered and receive an email confirmation.
 
If you stop at a blank white page your registration was not completed. Please be sure to use your credit card’s billing address on the payment page. Do not use a company or mailing address that differs from your credit card.

ACPE only allows credit to be uploaded up to 60 days from the program date. If it is beyond 60 days ACPE will not accept credit to be uploaded. If under 60 days, please email your name, eProfile ID number, date of birth, course title and date to Austin Companion (Austin.companion@unc.edu) to check on the status of your credit.

All session details are listed on the specific course page, usually under the course module at the bottom of the page. You may need to expand that section to see those details.

If you are looking for past program information then sign into your account. Click the Complete Test/Evaluation tab at the top of the page to see a list of your courses, and click the title to go to that program page.

Webinar and in person program details are emailed normally no later than 1 week before the start date. Some of the information can also sometimes be found on the program page, usually under the course module at the bottom of the page. You may need to expand that section to see those details. If you cannot find those details please email Austin.companion@unc.edu
 
NOTE: If you registered with a GMAIL email addres please check your spam folder. Our follow up emails are sometimes filtered by gmail to spam.

All logistic details will be emailed to participants aat least 1 week prior to the scheduled date. Some of those details may also be found on the program page, in the session module. If you cannot find those details email Austin.companion@unc.edu

Program registrations are tied to a specific email address. If you registered for a program, and have now retured to complete the evaluation to earn credit you must log in with the same email address you registered with. If you log in and do not see your registration for a course you may have a duplicate account and should try logging in with another email address.

Please email Austin.companion@unc.edu with your name, current account email, and the email address you would like it updated to. Once the update is made you will be notifited.

Email Austin.companion@unc.edu with the email addresses to be merged and the perfered one to use. Once the accounts have been merged all your courses will be tied to that single address and you willl be updated.
